Tuning

Piano strings are under a great deal of tensions which is supported by the cast iron plate, pinblock, tuning pins, bridges and soundboard. There are many factors that cause a piano to go out of tune such as humidity, temperature changes, natural stretching of the strings, slipping tuning pins and usage. At minimum, a piano should be tuned once a year. However a restaurant, institution or church that uses the piano several hours each day might have their piano tuned as often as every month. In situations like these or for people with acute hearing I will work out a large frequent tuner discount.

I offer piano tuning services for all of Tampa, Florida and within a 70 mile driving distance of Tampa proper. I do offer church, military and senior citizen discounts; as well as discounts given for multiple pianos at one site and referral to friends.
